It's quiet and the staff are nice. Their food is fine and the selection is okay. The location is far from Downtown Alexandria, around 45 minutes. The overall experience was good, however it's an average hotel, nothing fancy even the rooms are not modern and TVs are not smart.
Was with a group travelling. Some had ordered lunch in advance. The rest of us ordered coffee. We were on a strict timetable. 9 minutes before leaving most of us had not received our drinks. Disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely old, with minimal facilities, and cleanliness was very poor. Although the staff were friendly, they lacked the ability to provide proper service. The fridge in the room was not working, there was no ice available, and most of our requests were met with 'out of stock' responses. The overall facilities were severely lacking. Definitely not worth the stay.
