First, I did not actually stay at the hotel. I did however have to communicate with the hotel about a cancellation after the free-cancellation window had passed. They approved the cancellation and refunded my money. I will be forever grateful for the leniency they showed me in a very stressful time in my life. They deserve 5-stars for being so accommodating. It is clear that the staff and the owners of this hotel are good people.
First class hospitality all the way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in accommodating us with a baby. Breakfast is incredible and the restaurants in house were also very good. The views of the Matterhorn are excellent and it is nice being slightly outside of the busy and loud main streets of Zermatt. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had
This hotel was booked by Switzerland Travel and wow! Service so friendly. Rooms were amazing, the beds so comfortable and an awesome bathroom. My room, 110, had a balcony which looked onto the Matterhorn. Watching sunrise over it was so special. Highly recommend this hotel.
