Excellent stay, 100% recommended. The room is spotlessly clean. The pool and gym are a fantastic plus and the staff are all kind and incredibly available. The restaurant is also very good. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in India, and perhaps in general.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Dining Experience with a Minor Hiccup I recently stayed at Travancore Court Hotel, Kochi for five nights and had a wonderful overall experience. The rooms were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One small suggestion: The swimming pool timings (currently 7 PM closure) could be extended to at least 10 PM for guest convenience. A special mention to Feast - Multicuisine Restaurant, where I dined five days. The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes. Two staff members, Mr. Prince and Mr. Rahul, stood out for their professionalism and attentive service—they truly enhanced my dining experience. However, I did have one disappointing experience when I noticed that the dessert and fruits served at dinner appeared to be leftovers from lunch. The fruits, in particular, were surrounded by fruit flies, which was quite unpleasant. I immediately brought this to the staff’s attention. Apart from this incident, the overall food quality and service were good. With a little more attention to freshness and hygiene in the dessert section, Feast Restaurant could easily provide a flawless dining experience. I would still recommend it and hope to see improvements on my next visit!

My stay in this hotel was for over 10 days in June 2025 and I had 2 rooms booked. This is a 4-star business hotel! But the rooms do not have a notepad, pencil or pen in the room, no tissue boxes. If I have to wipe a drop of water, I spill I have to go to the washroom and get the toilet paper. The rooms are great, neat and clean and housekeepers do an awesome job! I also had an uncomfortable experience with the travel desk. They gave me a package price, for hiring a car for a day. I needed to use it for just a couple of hours. After dropping me back the driver told me that a half-day package was available for a shorter duration and less mileage for what was given to me. On checking with the reception, I was told that the booking was already done, and no changes could be made. I wrote an email to the General Manager who just chose to ignore my email. There was no acknowledgement even till today. I talked to the front desk about my email to the GM. They talked to GM and mentioned about the email to him stating my room number. To this the GM bluntly said he did not receive it! He was least interested to know what the issue was! Anyone else in his place would have been curious to know what the issue was and resolve it. He should at least have requested it to be sent again! Well, so much to professionalism!! I believe this place is getting 5-star status as well shortly! Restaurant food is really of a very poor quality. Staff were all really 5-Star, excellent all over the hotel, be it front desk or housekeeping. It’s just that I feel they truly lack a good leader who could guide them to make this a 5 star experience!!
