Excellent, very happy
Excellent place, it is very cozy
Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hotel. I'm really disappointed with my time staying at this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This is not a place to go to if you just want to relax and rest. Hotel pros: -Nice beautiful property -Clean -rooms are spacious -deadbolt lock on door -safe in room -rooms have a small kitchen with fridge -laundry service -elevators (even though small) -location (across the street from a mall) Hotel cons: -Hotel property is confusing. There are like 3 or 4 hotels in one here and the property is easy to get lost in. -Hot water is bad. Water heater in room barely heated up water for showering. Please consider installing new water heaters. -OLD FURNITURE!!! My bed was ancient and had a depression in the middle of it. It was super uncomfortable to sleep on. The bed sinks in. Not only that, the couches are also so old that they sink in too really deep when you sit on them -SUPER NOISY AND NO CONSIDERATION FOR SLEEPING GUESTS! During my time here, I was awoken at 6:00A.M. on MULTIPLE DAYS because the hotel seems to hold random conferences in the courtyard. The conferences this week has been starting super early and the people in the courtyard have been really loud and rude at unreasonable times (I'm talking early like 6 or 6:30. )The rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. Even with all the windows closed, the sound just permiates through the walls and wakes you up. The hotel needs to do a better job soundproofing the rooms. Either that or they should decide to hold the conferences somewhere other than the courtyard. Super annoying and worst part about staying here since I was looking forward to resting on my vacation but instead I just got bad sleep quality from the bed and loud sounds. -Limited breakfast. Brekfast is same everyday. Eggs, bread, maybe some fruit. Same every day. It's alright but gets tiring after a few days. Brekfast room is tiny -SECURITY IS DUMB!!! Everytime we would come back into the hotel, it was always a big deal with security and it would take a long time (10-15 minutes of waiting for no reason). Also, it was really inconsistent. Sometimes the security would just let us walk in the hotel with no problem after showing the keys. Other times though, they would be more annoying and send you to the basement to enter. We essentially had to go through 3 checkpoints and the security kept asking the same questions as to which hotel we are at. It's really annoying going through all these checkpoints and going to the basement just to re-enter the hotel. I understand security is important, but if you have a protocol, please be consistent with it, as different security would do different things depending on the day. Overall, this is my review of the property. I wrote this review not out of malice, but as constructive criticism. This hotel has a lot of potential and I hope that they address some of the points above so that they are able to provide better service. I understand that the pandemic had an impact on the economy of the hotel, but the pandemic has been over for a while.
