This is a beautiful establishment, the owner of the suite we rented was very attentive, very responsive. But the staff was not so nice starting with the booth security guy that was there the night we arrived. We had been traveling for two days and he was very rude treated us like if we were going to rob the place. The receptionist was also very rude, the one that was there that night. The next day the receptionist was very nice. I like to be honest and be raw with my reviews because it is my very own experience. Would I stay here again? Yes because the establishment has nothing to do with rude people it’s a very nice place.
Diego, thank you very much for your assistance in getting a last minute transportation due to our flight schedule change. Room 225 was clean, good ambiance and location . the downside is the proximity of the hotel to the main road, it is highly noisy and sliding doors and windows are not noise proof. CC TX
Location is great. However they need to hire receptionist with experience in customer service. We booked for 2 adults and 1 boy. And the sofabed we did pay extra for, has No pillow. So i ask for 1 pillow and the reply was: We have no more pillows. Use the ones from the king bed. WHAT? i tried to reason with this rude lady for more than 15 min, so finally i had to ask for a manager. Come on! Was it that hard to bring a missing pillow?? They promote themselves as Luxury Suites. But Where is the luxury?
