Everything is great in this place. Well done. Very very comfort stay and would stay again with pleasure. Safe hotel for the ladies in PCMC and best hotel in PCMC area. One of the worst and most arrogant staffs I have met till now, I am very sure that in future my company won't have any business with this hotel, here guests aren't respected well and every process took unnecessary time and caused inconvenience.. especially the restaurant experience was worst, treated our complimentary breakfast as a favour that they are doing on us, lack of knowledge on the recipes and an overconfidence on dish made it even worse. Nobody smiled even once since our 7 days of stay despite me smiling upfront.. I will make sure that I put the same review on Google maps so that nobody gets into this hell of a hotel with zero mannerism.. never felt that we were staying in a 3 star hotel apart from the first impression.. overall ambience and hotel look is good but staff needs heavy training, especially the attendants, two people at the breakfast wearing whites, watchman, bell boy. Same review will be given by my partner and also through the company.
