I had the pleasure of staying at Amala's Residency near Central Railway Station Market in Thiruvananthapuram for a night, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. Location and Check-in The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to major landmarks, and it's only a short walk to Pazhavangadi Temple, which is a huge plus for visitors. We checked in quite late at 7 PM, but to our surprise, the hotel allowed us to check out at 7 PM the next day, which is rare as most hotels ask guests to vacate by 12 PM. This flexibility was really appreciated. Rooms and Amenities The room was well-maintained and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay: TV, fridge, and bathroom accessories were in good condition. Cupboards and a landline phone added to the convenience. The cleanliness and upkeep of the room were commendable, and room service was prompt and efficient. Facilities and Services The hotel also offers a restaurant and a bar on the top floor, which provides a great view along with decent food. We enjoyed our meal there, and the food was tasty and well-prepared. The hospitality from the front office staff was excellent, with everyone being courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel boasts ample parking space, which can be a rarity in such busy areas, so that was a big plus for us. Overall Experience Overall, I would highly recommend Amala's Residency for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Thiruvananthapuram. With its great hospitality, good facilities, and ideal location, it’s a solid choice.
Neat rooms. Pleasant atmosphere. Lift, Tv , mini refrigerator , A/c , Extra bed , Two chairs and table available. Free parking with security personnel. Check-out is after 24 hours of any time check-in. Very kind reception . Hot water is available for limited hours.
The worst ever experience in Trivandrum location , The service which i got on the rooftop was so pathetic as a regular customer this is my first time Im facing this type of issues.Please teach them to give the proper service
