New hotel in Alp style with interior industrial design. Spacious and nice rooms with fridge, coffee machine. There is an outside all year round warm outside pool, jaccuzzi, sauna and steam sauna, internal pool and pool for babies. Also outside you can enjoy fireplace on Friday/Saturday evenings. I love the atmosphere here. Benefit is the breakfast + dinner, I reccomend to buy the half board package as it is worth it. We were happy and we will definitelly come here again when coming to Karpacz.
Great stay. Modern and peaceful place, a lot activity to do in, sauna, swimming pool inside and outside, bar, cantina, fitness room, kids room, restaurant with very good food and choice. park is also available. Many many thanks, I hope to come to stay again.
Good location and room size. Lack of storage space in room, small bed. Could be maintained better. Hotel is not set up international guests some personnel have an attitude, some could use some training. Hotel could use potential way better.
