Trendy Palm Beach

Just got back from a 10 day all inclusive to trendy palm beach. We’re an English couple in our 30s. We were a bit nervous about all the reviews we’ve read about it being full of Germans and every thing only aimed at Germans but we didn’t find this at all. Yes they say ‘Hallo’ first but as soon as they realise you’re English they switch to English. I think every member of staff I interacted with knew basic English! We also spoke to a few English people throughout our stay. It was actually nice for a change NOT to have English people shouting all the time haha. Great location, right on the beach with a couple of nice beach bars, hundreds of shops behind the hotel and a couple of restaurants but if you want a nice evening out you’ll want get a taxi into Side. It’s only about 10-15 euros and definitely worth going. The food and drink was lovely lots of variety and plenty of different areas to eat. (Restaurant, outside restaurant, beach/pool restaurant, 4 a la carted which were all lovely!) theres even some shops inside the hotel too for snacks or clothes/bags etc! We stayed in the main building and the rooms were nice and modern. The hallways need updating and should be cleared but that’s the only negative I can say about inside! There was never a long wait for the lifts. All staff were super lovely and friendly. The entertainment was great every night! It was mainly in English which I was pleasantly surprised about as I was expecting it all to be in German! some parts were repeated in German and another language, Slovakian maybe? The foam party was a lot of fun, everyone got involved - all ages! We went on the water slides which is located at the back of the hotel, great fun. If you’re English and worried about the reviews please don’t be! We couldn’t fault it! Would definitely return :)

Fantastic hotel and staff. Food is plentiful for all. Good laughs with all nationalities. Adult only and they gave us great service for our 30th wedding anniversary Certainly going back but for now we still have a week left. 😃

Caters predominantly for German guests which is reflective of the staff having German as a second language however, it was a beautiful hotel, exquisite food and clean. Good beach access, decent evening entertainment and very good service.
