Trillium Boutique City Hotel

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and they truly care about you throughout your entire stay. In the morning, they serve a huge breakfast, and the food available for lunch and dinner is amazing as well. I will 100% book again the next time I come to Colombo. Above everything, the best part of the hotel is the staff. They’re not just welcoming, they go above and beyond. They genuinely care about you and are dedicated to giving you the best treatment possible, always with kindness and a big smile. Unfortunately, I had bad luck on my first day in Colombo because someone stole my wallet. The hotel staff really looked after me, offering all the help they could, and even more than I expected! And what can I say about Gerard, the hotel manager? He’s the best manager a hotel could ever hope to have. He took care of me like a father during a very sensitive and stressful moment, and thanks to him, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. Absolutely recommended, it’s such a joy to find a place like Trillium in a big city like Colombo!

Cleanliness is generally good, providing a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. The pool area could benefit from some improvements to enhance the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for travelers seeking value and convenience.

Good for quick stay but not for peaceful kinda vacation if you are looking for. Good thing is the staff since they provide friendly service. The surrounding is not that much good even this is located is colombo 07. Also based on the facilities the hotel can be identified as 03 star one.
