Honestly, we were a bit skeptical about staying at this resort at first, but we were quite pleasantly surprised! This is an awesome hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms, and the staff is really what sets this place apart! By far, the most hospitable and welcoming staff ever! From the front desk, to the management, the wait staff, the restaurant staff, they all truly made us feel like family! We had an awesome time and so much fun! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning during our next visit to Egypt, thank you!!!
A Perfect Summer Getaway! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the first day, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and genuine care. Everyone was attentive and kind, making sure all guests — including children — were comfortable and happy. Mr. Hesham "The General Manager" stood out with his professionalism and personal involvement. It was clear he truly cared about creating a great experience for everyone. We were also really impressed by the variety and quality of the food. There were so many delicious options to choose from every day. The hotel offers access to two beautiful beaches with free sea transport between them, which was a unique and fun touch. There were also nightly activities and entertainment, so there was always something to enjoy after a day in the sun. Everything, from the common areas to our room, was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic time and felt completely relaxed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free vacation!
This place is definitely overrated — I’d give it 2–3 stars at best. The room had a bad smell, especially the bathroom, which had no exhaust and clear drainage/ventilation issues that made it even worse. All of us ended up sick, possibly from the food or water. The staff tried to be nice, but it was obvious they weren’t professionally trained. I asked for an iron, and they told me to call them back when I was done — apparently, the whole hotel shares one iron! Overall, it’s overpriced and doesn’t live up to the hype.
