Tropical Deluxe Princess All Inclusive

Really enjoyed the entire experience. There is a variety of food options for everyone. Multiple pools to swim in. Rooms are nice and have room service every morning. The entertainment crew is awesome, especially Flabio. He and the team got guests involved to enjoy the experience. They are very creative with their dances and games. It’s a lot of fun!

Large resort but staff was rude. Next time ask your travel agent for an English speaking resort. Only 1 girl at the front desk was accommodating after she said she would upgrade our rooms for $100 cash per room but she was not there daily. Workers for knock once in your hotel door and just walk right in, housekeeping really were efficient but towels were not replaced and hard to receive them. Swim up bar pool smelled and workers were rude there. Hard to get drinks will say the rooftop bar and pool is where we spent everyday and bartenders upstairs there were amazing. No list of activities or shows that were available and the buffet was terrible except for the last day we were there. They must have had a new chef as there were different choices and the food was displayed differently. The front desk, sports bar, gift shop, coffee shop, and ice cream were accessible by the tram car as it was quit a walk from the rooms. Also the beach was completely covered in seaweed, at the waters edge, and you could not go into the ocean. Will not return to this resort again.

This hotel has a beautiful white sand beach. Unfortunately, we came there during seaweed season and despite a huge effort from staff to clean it up, we could not enjoy the sea. We compensated it with enjoying the swimming pools. There’s a nice area with slides for kids. Our room was nice and big. However, our first impression was really bad. We arrived around 4pm. The sheets of 2 of the 4 beds were not changed & no pillowcases on any pillows. One pillow smelled SO stinky. The floor was absolutely disgusting. The staff cleaned and changed everything that needed to be done. We traveled with 8 years old twins & they were looking forward to it. But the kids club on this resort is a big joke. The only entertainment there was TV. However, entertainment for adults was great. Our kids could participate in some of it. It was hard to find someone who spoke basic English, which is understandable because the majority of their customers were locals.If you leave your towel on a pool chair and go for lunch, you will see couple people sitting on it when you come back. We booked restaurants for 4 dinners but gave up after second visit. The buffet service was so slow & the quality of food was inconsistent. Huge lines for pasta and meat. Constant problems with plates. In the dining area, you would be lucky to get fully served table. If not, it will be hard to get a cap or glass.There’s only couple good trained staff. And one of them and the best is Paulino. I will not come back on that resort.
