Hello, the stay was very nice and the brothers who received us were very friendly and the young mens and womens Savval and Derya were very helpful. I wish them more progress and prosperity.
It was a very nice experience. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well decorated. The view is a different story. Also, the service in the restaurant is so good.
I've been visiting El Alem Restaurant frequently, but tonight I had a disappointing experience. One of the waiters was rude and displayed very bad hospitality, which really affected the mood of my visit. However, the two assistant waiters were much more professional and treated guests with kindness and respect, making the experience much better. I hope the management addresses this issue because the rest of the team is doing a great job
