A Wonderful Stay ! We’ll Be Back! We had a fantastic experience at this older, yet beautifully maintained hotel in a great location, close to everything, with stunning views. The spa was a true highlight: serene, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what really made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Fom, the manager, who personally addressed a small issue we had. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, character, and top-notch service. We will definitely be coming back!
Whilst we had a couple of issues with food and drinks they were addressed by the hotel and all in all we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were excellent and the staff all looked after us well. The views are just the best and breakfast was top class and would meet anyone needs. The Spa Imperal was excellent. The location was great and convenient to everywhere. We would stay here again. Every staff member treated us well, room, laundry, restaurant, front of house were all top class.
We had a wonderful stay at the TTC Hotel in Hue. From the parking attendants to the front desk, restaurant, and rooftop staff, everyone we interacted with made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great mattress and a beautiful view overlooking the city and river. The rooftop bar served delicious drinks and offered stunning views, especially in the evening. We only had breakfast at the restaurant, but it was a well-balanced mix of Western and Asian favorites. Since it rained most afternoons, we appreciated being able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel. We were traveling by motorcycle, and the staff took great care of our bike, always ready to greet us whenever we arrived or left the garage. After our initial two-night stay, we enjoyed it so much that we extended our visit for two more nights. Booking directly at the front desk was easy—they even remembered our room number and matched the price we found on Agoda. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Hue. If there’s one downside to mention, it would be the pool. We had hoped to relax there, but it’s quite small and was always crowded with over ten kids playing loudly each time we checked. In the end, we skipped it—but with so much to explore in Hue, we didn’t mind too much. Just something to consider if pool time is important to you.
