Booked for my parents, 3rd time they have stayed here, it's a break for them giving them their own space. The newly refurbished rooms are excellent, staff were helpful and friendly, parents said breakfast was excellent as well. Excellent location on sea front. (Georgia was excellent contacting me to check my parents' needs as the room they had been in both times previously was ideal for them, however it was being refurbished. The newly refurbished rooms at the back were excellent, in fact better for their needs. Big thanks to Georgia.)
The rooms are extremely comfortable, with new furniture. The hotel is clean and peaceful, despite being located on the seaside promenade. The staff working in the restaurant are very kind. The food is delicious. I highly recommend it!
The food is terrible. What we ordered was tasteless and full of fat. The dessert like the crepe is heated in the microwave. I have never eaten anything worse. The prices are very high for the quantity and quality you get served. There are much better restaurants in the area.
