Exceptional Service with a Smile – Thank You, Vinny! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our stay at TUI Blue Bahari, Vinny made every breakfast a wonderful experience. She always welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine kindness, making us feel at home from the very first day. Her attention to detail was incredible – our table was never missing anything, and she anticipated our needs before we even asked. Vinny’s professionalism, warmth, and positive energy truly stood out and made our mornings extra special. She is a perfect example of outstanding hospitality, and we are so grateful for the care she showed us. Thank you, Vinny, for starting our days with so much joy – you made our stay unforgettable!
Absolutely stunning place. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us by name. Helen and the bartender Ramia stood out as especially amazing. The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the shows were fantastic. The staff also went to great lengths to organize beachfront and poolside dinners in beautiful settings. The resort’s surroundings are clean and picturesque. Cats were super friendly, adorable and well taken care of. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
We've had wonderful time at this hotel. The room was really nice and clean. All the common places were super nice as well. The food was amazing. The highlight of the trip was definitely the staff. Everyone is super helpful, nice and welcoming. We were feeling like we were royal family or some kind of celebrities :) We've enjoyed a lovely beach dinner where our waitress Courage made us feel super special. She also does great photos! I want to thank our wonderful waitress Mary, who saved me with a fresh ginger tea when my stomach was feeling funny. She was also super nice for us the whole stay, both at the breakfast buffet and Green&Grill. On top of that we want to thank Deborah, Jonah and Sarah from the bar, lovely lady with blue eyes working at Mama PawPawBar which name I did not catch and all the other staff members we've met - the restaurants, the beach bar, cleaning services who were decorating our room super nice, the drivers, gardening crew who made us a lovely flower decoration and always greeted us nicely. The hotel offers a variety of attractions and classes - our favorite was definitely the Zanzibar Ubuntu show in the evening. The only disadvantage I can think of is the fact that when you go out on the beach in front of the hotel you will meet a lot of people offering their services and items for sale. They are quite hard to loose even when you say "no thank you" and when you want to just enjoy a beach walk by yourself. I think this is an universal Zanzibar experience though. I felt very safe though, thanks to the security guards standing nearby.
