2nd visit to this relaxing hotel. Good food especially like the beach snack bar and cake at theas coffee shop. A la carte at the fish restaurant was very nice. Good amount of activities on offer. Particularly liked the aqua boards and aqua jump. Would highly recommend for a chilled holiday. Most guests Germans but this was not a negative to us, all staff spoke English. One negative is that the man who worked at the spa was a bit too pushy this year which put us off getting a treatment!
I recently spent a week at TUI BLUE Side, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that are replenished daily, and the overall atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Yilmaz at reception – he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and we’re so grateful for everything he did to make our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. The food was great, especially the lunches at the beach bar, and the pool and beach areas were just perfect for unwinding. The whole week felt like a dream, and I’d highly recommend TUI BLUE Side to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting. Thank you again to Yilmaz and the entire team – we’ll definitely be back!
Just came back after spending a week here with my partner. We found this hotel to have positives and negatives. The food was great especially at the beach bar for lunch and the buffet for dinner. The a la Carte menus however wasn’t great and wouldn’t recommend those as the menus were pretty basic.majority of the staff were great though we did see quite a bit of favouritism towards the visitors who were German. Also we found the entertainment at night to be for German visitors with majority being German music which was a let down as would have liked to see more Turkish orientated nights. They do Turkish night on Fridays though but would have liked to see more Turkish themes in the hotel Going onto the negatives. There were a few staff members in particular the manager of the spa to be quite blunt with us but very accommodating and nice to the German visitors and was quite pushy with us to try and book a massage and pushing us to get the more expensive one which we already told him we didn’t want. The drinks weren’t great, all of the spirits and alcohol included are local ones and have to pay extra for the branded which was a real let down given this is a tui blue and meant to be premium hotel. The local spirits didn’t taste great. The pool was a great size but if you want a sun bed you’ll have to wake up at 7am to reserve one as everyone at the hotel does this We also booked a double bed but ended up having two single beds pushed together which technically isn’t a double bed. We also had to ask them to turn down our aircon settings as it was set to 23 degrees which was too hot at night but they adjusted this pretty quickly for us. Our room was also facing towards the other hotel and above where the entertainment was done so would be loud until 12am-1am. There is also a huge tipping culture in this resort where you’re expected to tip everyday Overall it’s an ok hotel but wasn’t amazing given it’s a tui blue so meant to be advertised more on the premium side so probably wouldn’t recommend for the amount you pay
