We have a healing trip. It’s worth every penny, will come back next time. Staff: friendly and supportive Service: excellent, also hotel has free jimjilbang sauna -we really love it.

I chose this hotel for my business trip, and it truly was the right decision. This place offers a harmonious blend of modernity and nostalgia, which makes me love it even more. The most impressive part for me was the jjimjilbang, where I spent a day enjoying its unique facilities, leaving me feeling refreshed and relaxed. The staff were wonderfully down-to-earth and genuine, their simple, friendly approach making me feel completely at home. The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering stunning views of the city, where I could truly feel the transformation of a place that had long been "asleep." With such unforgettable experiences, I’m eager to return to both this hotel and city in the near future.

I don't know what kind of 5 stars hotel is this but the BREAKFAST is boring. The breakfast is the most important for guests staying but they can't managed to make customers happy then why even put 5 stars hotel? I stayed April 16-18 2025. The breakfast menu is Phở, eggs (western food), curry, fruit, coffee, tea. I had the scrambled eggs but unfortunately the eggs still running (wet) and sausage and bacon way too much oil (this is on the 17th.). The 18th I had omelet (eggs still running (wet) looks uncooked to me, 1 piece of small sausage, 1 piece of bacon. What kind of 5 star hotel is serving guests with 1 tiny piece of bacon and sausage for breakfast. The security at the entrance isn't friendly. My family took me into the door entrance by motorcycle but got rejected to enter. They can trainee their staff better. The only good about this hotel is the sauna...
