The hotel has spacious and well-maintained rooms, and the location is quite perfect—easily accessible and convenient. The ground staff was very cooperative and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. However, the front desk staff (Male) could certainly improve their behavior—a more respectful and polite tone while interacting with guests is expected, especially at the reception. Also, a word of caution for the room service team—shouting and making loud noises in the corridors at 5:30 AM and again around 1:00 AM is highly disturbing, especially for elderly guests or families trying to rest. With a little improvement in these areas, the overall guest experience could be much better.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's Location rest all are badly maintained. The rooms that was allotted was in very poor condition and stinky. Also the Room was full of dust and Stains. The Air Conditioning chooses itself when to work so be prepared for a hot night. And As for the facilities that they advertise none of them is in proper condition or is either unserviceable.And the staffs at the hotel, They behave as if we got no where else to go and aren't courteous at. Overall one of the worst stays I have ever had.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 years. But they have not surprised us to provide a slightly downgraded services every single time. The staff has the audacity to tell you that outside food is not allowed. They do not have a 24 hrs open kitchen so where are you supposed to eat in the night. Also their food quality is rubbish. Rooms are not maintained. You will find weird smell in the rooms. The only unique selling point is that Turquoise is in front of NOVOTEL. But do not get fooled, they are not a 3 or 4 star hotel as you will expect them to be. Never going to stay here again
