Apartment 018 which is on the ground floor is spacious and clean. Not mind blowing clean as one would expect especially in the showers where you can see a trail of mold by the shower doors inside and out. The main bedroom carpert was wet and checking in was a horrible experience with an added annoyance from the security guards giving me a hard time over my expired licence disc giving a Sars experience. Which by the way just makes the stay horrible. One would expect first class treatment which they are capable to give as i saw them give the other white guests who were checking in as well.. Its very sad indeed and this being done by people of my colour.. When long checked in and my partner joined me she got to reception and i was literally the topic at reception. Im appalled cause the stay wasnt cheap either and still waiting for my security deposit which online had stated to be 1000 and upon check in it was now 2000 rands.

The room was beautiful. The only negative with the room was the small bathroom. However, the R1000 deposit for a night was a 1st for us. The worst is that we were told that an immediate refund would be done the next morning if there were no breakages. However, after 4 days there is no refund in my account. After phoning now, I was told that it could take up to 10 days?? Why is this not indicated on the website? This is definitely misrepresentation + we will not be staying there again!
