The staff are exceptionally well-trained, significantly enhancing our motherland's value for foreigners. They provide excellent guidance, even instructing visitors on appropriate attire for temples. I'm proud to say they are consistently unique and highly skilled. I observed a strong sense of family and community among the staff; they genuinely help and respect one another. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. This is a must-visit place for anyone who appreciates a beautiful environment

Amazing Stay at Uga Jungle Beach – A Truly Memorable Experience! We had an incredible time at Uga Jungle Beach. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and has such a calm, peaceful vibe—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We booked our excursions to Pigeon Island and dolphin watching directly through the hotel, and everything was organized seamlessly. Snorkeling at Pigeon Island was our very first time, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel provided all the gear and clear guidance. Swimming in 30-foot-deep water and seeing turtles, reef sharks, and colorful fish in their natural habitat was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A special shoutout to our snorkeling instructor—he literally dragged me around the whole time because I can't swim, not even in two feet of water! Thanks to him, I didn’t miss a moment of the underwater magic. Dolphin watching was another highlight. We were lucky to spot not just dolphins but also a whale shark—truly unforgettable! While the food was average, the rooms were comfortable and the hospitality stood out. The resort staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend Uga Jungle Beach for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

After a disappointing experience on the first day, I was positively surprised today. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly as always, and much faster. Breakfast service was significantly better, food was hot and the overall atmosphere felt much more welcoming. It’s clear they took the feedback seriously, which I really appreciate. Todays experience changed my impression thanks to the team.
