Ulaanbaatar Hotel

I recently had a fantastic stay at Ulaanbaatar Hotel! The room decor was elegant and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shout-out to Enkgul for her exceptional service every step of the way. She went above and beyond — from fixing a broken charging point in my room to arranging my trips to South Gobi and Terelj National Park. During my entire stay, she constantly checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail, my stay was truly memorable. Highly recommend Ulaanbaatar Hotel, and if you visit, be sure to look for Enkgul — you’ll be in great hands!

Very good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The corridors are a bit creepy at night as they switch off most lights to conserve electricity. Breakfast is functional. There’re 2 banks and a 24/7 convenience store inside the hotel. A good stay in general.

I recently booked several rooms for a group who was staying in the city at the beginning and end of the their travel. The rooms were very nice (they looked like they'd been recently redone). The staff was great to work with. They were helpful with holding luggage after we'd checked out. They took care of ordering taxis for the airport. One room had an issue with the extra lock not working and they sent an engineer up within 15 minutes of our request. The location is in great walking distance to everything downtown. Breakfast was also quite good. It was my first time reserving rooms there but I will definitely be back.
