Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club

Recently stayed for a week and overall it was OK. Firstly we had an issue where someone had been into the room and taken our drinks out of the fridge. This happened twice, we had the do not disturb sign on the door so we hadn't had our room cleaned all week but twice we caught a cleaner in the room. Also the ac in the room didn't work at all. Even on full blast no cold air was coming out. Final bad thing was the food, not that it was terrible but it was the same thing every morning. No change in the breakfast and lunch and dinner were more or less the same every day. Staff were excellent and very helpful, kids enjoyed the mini disco and Ice creams. The cocktails were really good and available all day at the bar and the beach. The beach itself was nice but its not sandy and the rocks and stones in the water are really dangerous and slippy.

If you don’t mind that the hotel prioritizes Russian guests, who make up about 90% of the clientele, if you don’t mind that in the afternoon you’ll be swimming not in the sea but in garbage, if you don’t mind that your room might be a dark, smelly hole without a window, where the air conditioning gives off a stench like wrung-out wet rags, if you don’t mind that as part of the ultra all-inclusive package your minibar won’t be restocked even once, then yes, by all means, visit this hotel. It is definitely not worthy of five stars.

Terrible service at reception, no one would help you, specially main manager Elena. Terrible conditions in rooms, everything is very old and DIRTY! It is really not 5*hotel at all, even not 4*. Be ready to pay a lot of money for your holiday here, but to have no simple conveniences for comfort sleeping or shower. But food is very good, great variety and tasty. Also have to say about very kind personal in hotel client service, but not reception. They really tried to help and make something better for us. I will not come back here again...
