Umaid Bhawan A Heritage Style Boutique Hotel

Very good ambience. Beautifully made and kept Haveli. We took the royal deluxe room. Room itself is small, however, there is an ample bathroom and balcony as well.The rooms are clean and the entire place is well organised. Courteous staff. They even arranged a packed early breakfast for us since we had to go out. Buffet breakfast certainly needs improvement as there were very few items. Certainly a good place to stay.

Interesting concept. Good food and beverages. Due to age amenities need upgrading. Power points are different from hotels in Delhi. Dirty and awkward sanitation station Switches are confusing. Lift is dangerous, Storage is minimal. The ambience is excellent with regional decorations. Very friendly staff. Overall a pleasant stay.

We booked a cab on july 30 2025 to Amer Fort through the hotel's travel desk, expecting a professional service, but it completely ruined our day. The guide(Nitesh) they arranged rushed us through the entire fort in 35 minutes for ₹500, not mentioning it was a one-way route so we couldn't re-enter. He then tried to scam us by taking us to a private shop he claimed was "government-run." To make matters worse, the driver (jeethu) chewed tobacco in the closed AC car all day, and the smell was unbearable. We trusted the hotel for quality, but this was unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid their travel services.
