United Hotel

I stayed here for one night because of the special event happening across the street at the Taipei Dome. The room was really not that great and the air conditioner was quite loud but the overall service was good enough for me to give this place 5 stars. The gentleman named Eric who was the doorman was extremely professional. I could compare Eric to a 5 star hotel doorman or even better. The female staff members were also very kind. The gentleman at check in desk was also very well spoken when communicating with me in english. I was impressed by the great effort from all the staff to do their job well.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and the hotel staff made us feel at home. The staff are professional , yet very friendly ,warm and sincere. All requests of my room services were happily fulfilled to our satisfactory. People at entrance are extremely helpful when we need to call for transportation services, even during heavy raining days. The location is another great advantage. Taipei Dome is across the street and just a few steps to MRT station. United Hotel will be my hotels for my future visits in Taipei, and I highly recommend it.

We specially want to thank Steve and lovely lady Anne both at front desk reception who helped us throughout our stay. We stayed from 27 Feb and kept extending to 9 March because we enjoyed it so much. It is right by the train station exit no. 5, beautiful rooms, service and amenities such as sauna, steam room and gym on the 18th floor with lovely city skyline views. Breakfast on the first floor daily from 7am-10am. Friendly staff and always running to hold our door. Next level service we appreciate. Highly recommend.
