River view is very beautiful and awesome while you are having dinner and relaxing for a while. Services are available but you need just ring the phone. Internet speeds is still progressing, complementary breakfast is available for buffet options. Room is comfortable, water, coffee mix are provided. Aircon is very good. Electricity is always available for 24 hours.
The worst experience ever in hotels of Yangon. Rooms and toilets are dirty and it seem without maintenance. Use super cheap single use toothpaste and toothbrush. Twin soap dispenser contain only one type of soap, don’t know shampoo or shower, how could the guests have good shower.
The condition of the room is horrible. The room is mouldy and the curtain for the river view is broken to raise. The floor is filled with stains. The couch has stains. Just look at the photos. The elevators are too tiny. The door for the toilet is making noises. The service is bad. They don't even put shower cream inside. The Location is Great. You can see the junction of rivers and opening of Yangon River to the Ocean.
