I had such a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. What stood out the most was how helpful and organized they were. They arranged tours and taxis for me with zero hassle, making everything so easy and stress-free. It was such a relief to have that kind of support while traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable stay with genuinely kind and professional service.

Truly remarkable ! This boutique hotel is beautiful, clean and welcoming - the staff were so inviting! Phuong and Long were both so generous, they provided us with recommendations on what to do in Hoi An and always ensured we were comfortable. The hotel was clean and aesthetically beautiful - you can see the care and effort that was put into this hotel. The pool was clean and perfect place to relax. The free bikes provided are such a generous addition. The location is an easy walk to the town centre only a few minutes away. We had comfortable sleep as it wasn’t loud near the hotel. We made special memories and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at VaiA. The hosts Phuong and Long were wonderfully responsive and helpful, making everything feel effortless. The property was stunning, perfectly located, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for.
