Great value, grounds, pool and room. Absolutely love this quiet, pristine and well appointed hotel in Havana. Thank you to Jennifer at the front desk, restaurant and bar staff all exceptional. Made me feel like a VIP! David at the lobby bar… 👍👍👍Excellent wifi !
Great price, friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast bar is amazing, pool is very well kept, AC in room worked perfectly! Don’t be surprised if the elevators and or power randomly goes out, never more than four minutes. Thank you to all the staff! Y’all made our trip that much better and we will be back!
Stayed here for 1 night at the start of my tour. It a '5 star' hotel but for Cuba. For Cuba, this was amazing. The rooms were spacious and looked upscale. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very large and varied with a pancake bar.
