Ive stayed at many hotels in Udon Thani and hands down this once is the best. For starters I needed a hotel room asap, not booking online just walking in at 9am. They made it happen. I extended my stay though capital one travel portal and I guess I messed up the booking. They worked with me and got me in the room I wanted (small extra fee). My room somehow ended randomly having bugs in it, not just like 1 or 2, but like 20-30 if not more. They upgraded me rooms right on the spot at 9pm. Been treated well and the staff is nice. Only complaint, dont lose the key cause they will charge you 150 baht. Not used to this, every other hotel I’ve been too where I have lost a key it’s been fine. Overall, from now on when I come to udon Thani, I will be staying at this hotel. (Also has the best pool in my opinion. If your gonna book a room here DO IT THROUGH AGODA.com better prices!!
The atmosphere is marvellous. The food is great and staff is friendly and helpful. You will feel a great service since the very first step into the hotel. The scent they created smells relaxing.
The service here was amazing, staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was very quiet and clean. Also the location is pretty close to all necessary places! Would recommend for everyone
