This hotel is outside of city center in a quiet area, but still walking distance to a big mall (Place Vendome Mall) and a promenade with restaurants. Very nice service from the personell - especially Renato in the restaurant was very helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Rooms was good size with big bathrooms and comfy beds.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely put. The attached mall was very convenient. Breakfast service was great. Food was 4/5. Areas of improvement: The combined shower and tub was impractical especially when bathing kids. The bed sizes were a bit confusing. As a family of 5 (3 kids) we couldn’t find the room with the right bed count and size.
Very nice hotel, especially considering the price. The only issue we faced was a noticeable sewage smell in most of the rooms. We had to check several rooms before finding one that was acceptable. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, as it would significantly improve the overall experience
