Verwöhnhotel Kristall

It's clear to me that this great hotel doesn't need another 5 star review, but I still can't help but give them those 5 stars. The building itself is very well maintained and you can see the owners care for it. Perhaps the only thing I found lacking was the air conditioning in the rooms and especially the restaurant areas. I understand that the hotel was built in a different climate, but the oppressive heat comes and it is hard to sleep in an overheated room and have a quiet lunch, sweating. But... The rest is great. And especially the newly built SKY POOL. It's world class, simply perfect. Spacious, big, great. When it's all finished, it'll be unbeatable. I won't talk about the restaurants and the menu, that's classic, but who I have to praise was Sasa, the bartender who took care of me during my stay and Gamal, a nice guy, these two great gentlemen made my stay absolutely perfect with their charm and hospitality. The others were very nice too, it's wonderful to come for breakfast in the morning and hear a greeting in your own language, it's certainly not common. I would love to return anytime, no need to talk about that. Thank you.

Exceptional Service tied with superb cuisine makes for a great stay in a wellness hotel. The spa is also relaxing with numerous saunas and quiet areas. Absolute gem!

Fantastic location, beautifully equipped and designed rooms, absolutely friendly and helpful staff, food exceptionally tasteful and absolutely high in quality, wonderful wellness area with quiet rooms, countless saunas, and outdoor pool as well as whirlpool. The only hotel at the Achensee that I will continue to come back to. Thank you for being my personal paradise on earth and place for peace and relaxation!!!
