Absolutely delighted to recommend this hotel! The location is super convenient, just a 5 minute walk from all the port area to go and visit the Cinque Terre. But let me tell you, the real gem is the room itself. It's truly a luxurious oasis, rivaling even the top 5-star hotels. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that my stay was perfect. Overall, I would give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!
Nice room but limited storage for a longer stay. No small gratuities, like water, had to pay for using that and no fridge as such, mini bar full of drinks available to buy.
Great place to stay. Mikaila at the hotel was super helpful and friendly. Spoke great english and couldn't do enough to help us either with information, requests or suggestions. The only knocks on the room was the aircon outlet was positioned in a strange position behind the curtains so you needed to keep them fully or partially open to benefit from the cooling, and the bathroom/toilet door was clear glass so no real privacy. Some well positioned frosting would fix that issue, so hopefully this is an easy improvement they can implemented.
