I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by two outstanding ladies at the hotel (Ana Belén & Sofia) Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my stay. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, assisting with requests, or simply greeting me with a warm smile every day, their presence made a genuine difference. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and genuinely caring staff. They are a true asset to the hotel, and I hope their efforts are recognized and appreciated. Thank you both for making my stay so enjoyable

Travelled with wife and 3 year old daughter for short break, we were checked in early and felt very much welcomed by all the staff. Location excellent, 5 mins from Sants train station. Breakfast was excellent, yes the dining area is small but it's not an issue, staff were attentive and the chilled out atmosphere of the hotel was nice. Would recommend and stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife as a Hilton Diamond member. Unfortunately, for the price we paid (£234 a night), we were disappointed. Firstly, the breakfast area is small and the selection is not that extensive. At the price point, you expect a wide array of stuff but the items and their presentation were equivalent to what you find in a 3 star hotel. We had to wait for the items to be replenished as it was empty when we got there. The scrambled eggs were the worst I’ve had at any hotel and were drowning in water/oil to the point that my plate was full of water. The hotel is also inflexible with check out times. We got 30 minutes which is not much, the hotel manager just said it depends on availability but what is the point of a loyalty membership if you don’t get any benefits? The location is also pretty average, close to Sants station but we had to walk quite long distances to the main sights. We changed to a different hotel after our stay and that was a hugely better experience. The rooms are nice and well decorated but the air conditioning system does not work properly and is hard to operate/figure out. Other reviews also say this. Overall 3 star stay, especially at the price point you can find other top hotels. I won’t be back.
