Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Special thanks to Anna and Raymond at the front desk—both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made check-in smooth and were always ready to assist with a smile. Their service truly made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vibe Hotel Singapore. The staff at reception and the baggage handler were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. We stayed in a premium room, which was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful bathroom. The room also came with a Nespresso machine, tea, and a TV with Chromecast - thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained throughout, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, about a 12-minute walk to Orchard Road, close to a 7-Eleven and even a hospital, and very convenient to the MRT and malls. The hotel also has a nice outdoor pool and a great bar called Dragonfly, which is definitely worth a visit for a drink in the evening. Overall, it was a really pleasant, relaxing stay and great value for money. We’d be happy to come back!

Hotel was OK but not very special. Breakfast was usually very crowded (I tried different timings which did not help) which made it pretty hard to find a table. Food options for breakfast were very limited due to the overwhelming amount of guests having breakfast at the same time and the limited amount of food offered. Room was spacious but could use a renovation. Beds were really nice, but room and especially the hallway to the elevator seemed outdated with peeling paint here and there, also in the room itself (see picture). The website stated that the premier room included access to the pantry which offered a selection of food and drinks, when I asked the man at the reception why I had no access he checked the system and gave me access anyway. When I had issues with my room key the next day, the guy took away my room key and swapped it in the back with a key which had no access to the pantry anymore without telling me, which was very strange. Also at other occasions staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful, but seemed rather uninterested and tired. I also requested a late checkout before arrival, but I was not told that the price mentioned was without tax, therefore 20% was added suddenly, which was very strange to me because all prices in Singapore included tax so why would one list a price without tax?? Location was great, 5 minute walk from orchard road, which made my stay here okay, but experience definitely would have been better if the interactions with the staff would have been better and breakfast would have been better. I’m not sure what’s happening here in 2025, but also very weird that almost all 1-star reviews are from 2025… most of them match the experience I had at this hotel.
