An Unforgettable Stay at Viceroy Los Cabos! Our recent stay at the Viceroy Los Cabos was absolutely perfect in every way, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the impeccable service and stunning surroundings. Our room was super clean and beautifully appointed, offering a serene and comfortable retreat. It was clear that great attention to detail is paid to every aspect of the guest experience. What truly set this hotel apart was its incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was super friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The service was simply impeccable, making us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our entire stay. We must give a very special mention to our butler, Victor Hugo. He was an absolute star! Victor Hugo consistently went out of his way to make sure we were okay and checked on us regularly, anticipating our needs and ensuring everything ran smoothly. His proactive and genuinely caring approach truly made a significant difference to our experience. The exceptional service and the overall ambiance of the Viceroy Los Cabos definitely made our trip truly special. We will absolutely be coming back in the future and look forward to another wonderful stay.

My experience was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. First I want to think Laura & Oscar for their incredible service. They were our personal hosts for our entire stay and they were phenomenal. Everyday they made us aware of the restaurants and entertainment options that were available. They made our reservations for us and made sure our room was spot clean every single day. They were also very kind and friendly along with the entire staff. I encourage getting a personal host and requesting them. This was my birthday vacation and I will be returning the Viceroy my next stay. Might I add, everyday there was either a bottle of wine, champagne or cake that said happy birthday. Every restaurant on the premises celebrated me with a sparkle and a cake. Facility: Rank 10/10 This place is immaculate and stunning. Words can’t describe how beautiful it is and all through the day you will see the staff maintaining the premises. My stay at the Viceroy Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely considerate. The rooms were absolutely stunning: impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt up to date, from the sleek showers to the elegant lighting fixtures. Room service came twice a day, and every detail was attended to with care. What really stood out was the personalized service. After long, hot days, we were offered extra cold towels, and the staff went out of their way to offer helpful local recommendations. They frequently checked in to see if there was anything else we might need, which made us feel truly cared for. The entire atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and luxurious. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend the Viceroy to anyone looking for an upscale, stress-free escape.
