Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa

During our recent stay at Beachcomber Victoria, my husband unexpectedly fell ill, and we had to extend our visit. From the moment the staff learned of our situation, their kindness and genuine care went far beyond what we could have imagined. Every single day, I was met with warm smiles, friendly check-ins, and offers of help — never just polite gestures, but heartfelt concern. The bar staff, restaurant team, management, and housekeeping all made sure I was supported and comfortable. The restaurant team, especially the Morris Beef staff, made each meal feel welcoming, and the front-of-house staff in the buffet restaurant went out of their way to assist. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, providing a peaceful space to return to, and the concierge, Sanjeeva, was truly exceptional — offering advice, arranging transportation, helping with a local SIM card, and even making our late check-out possible so my husband could rest. In a challenging situation, the Beachcomber Victoria team turned what could have been a stressful, isolating time into one where we felt cared for and looked after. This is hospitality at its very best. We are deeply grateful and will always remember the genuine compassion we experienced here.

Second stay here and it was as good as the time I came here in 2007! Massive rooms - we had three beds in ours and the hotel is well laid out. I enjoyed the activities such as the aqua aerobics and the gym very much. We ate mostly at the buffet as the restaurants were fully booked (although walking past one night one looked half full) The Morris Beef restaurant was excellent. Special thanks to Deepak at the breakfast service for looking after my dad and I.

We stayed at this hotel from 11 Jun 25 to 19 Jun 25 and had an amazing time. The beach security can be better when they are checking if you are a guest but we provided feedback guest relation. I do feel the food can be labeled better in the buffet restaurant,as being vegetarians, it wasn't obvious. Other then that can't really fault it. Everyone was polite, friendly and happy to help. Shout out to Ramraj for our daily drinks on the beach and the chef at Morris beef, who went above and beyond in preparing our meals as we were vegetarians.
