Vienna Hotel

Lovely comfortable room with excellent shower room. The staff were always helpful and approachable. Nice breakfast with good choice and able to provide gluten free rolls. Well situated for access to trains and trams.

Well located... super happy to discover the subway entrance was 100m away from the front door. Longer walk to pick up your keys from front desk, but well worth it. Well appointed kitchen... however, missing a few necessities which we bought at corner grocery store. Awesome app to get around by public transit: Wien mobile.Rental Bike parking 100 away as well. Staff super friendly and helpful 👏👏 Thx for a great stay !!!

Lets start with a positive, staff of the hotel is super nice and friendly. Rest, well, its in no way a 4* star hotel. There is no air conditioning in rooms. Our fridge wasnt functional, which as we found out "was a problem with some of the rooms". With 38 degrees outside, that was bit of a problem. Wall are paper thin, so you get awoken by almost every sound - like vibrating phone in next room. Glass doors in bathrooms, which are semi-transparent right against a toilet are also not a best idea to go for.
