Fantastic stay at Vienna Woods Hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Perfect location with easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience!
Stayed there in November 2024. Very poor customer service. Rooms are clean & spacious but, the TV not working, there was loud banging from ongoing repairs & we were served stale breakfast! Had to cut our stay short to look for another hotel. I would not recommend!
Ever wanted a skid row hotel experience in Kenya, this is it. My chicken was definitely cooked the day before. The bathrooms smelled. The decor is from the 70's.
