Went for the spa experience - not relaxing at all. There is a time slot for the steam room, sauna, pool and massage. They tell you when you should move to the next room. Felt rushed. Very small sauna n steam rooms, shared the rooms with a couple. Sauna was not hot. Around 50 deg Celsius. Was told there is no need to shower before using the pool!! And no one did. Cloudy pool water. Masseuse was not motivated or interested. Was supposed to be 50 minutes , I checked the time when I went in and saw that it lasted only 40 minutes. Also the masseuse did not offer me any blanket to cover myself so I felt cold and exposed the whole time. Please avoid the spa!! Only nice thing is the lunch !!

Spa-day? FORGET IT. Today we were planning to spend a relax and indulging day with two friends in the spa, which included a massage and an exfoliating sessions and lunch. When we arrived, we were told there were electrical issues in the premises. Ok, I thought. While we were in the spa, one of my friends’ massage session was interrupted twice by the technician and the two of us that were jumping from the traditional to the dry sauna in bikini came across the technician, who was around doing his job —I personally felt uncomfortable at a certain point. The story does not finish here. When we were about to have lunch, we were firstly told that the lunch was not included. (Let’s point out that we were the only ones receiving this service, meaning, you should be waiting for us knowing exactly what we paid for according to the reservation). Never mind… The employee went inside, checked what we said, came back and said we could choose an appetizer, a main course, dessert and coffee. Then she came back from inside saying that she apologised since lunch only covered one dish and a drink. Super poor service, wasting our time in picking up what we liked from the menu twice to end up with one salad and a lemonade. No bread, NOTHING. During our stay, nobody came to ask if we needed anything, if we would like some water, a drink, anything. We felt at a loss. Luckily, we enjoyed each other’s company. But I would never spend $5000 pesos for the service we got again.
