I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks (needed a relaxing, easy-going vacation). Kadashi hotel was the perfect choice! Though its in the center (10-15 minutes walking to the red square), it has a quiet and cozy location. Service was exceptional, i asked for a room with a church view and they accommodated for my request with no problem. Very helpful staff. I would certainly stay in Kadashi hotel again.
Everything was perfect. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Kremlin. However, the room cleaning service was not good. I informed the staff about this, but the cleaning was still not up to standard. Thank you for your efforts, but I kindly request an improvement in the room cleaning service.
The rooms are tiny, facilities are limited, heating didn't work at all, extremely noisy location at night. Not to mention very poor value for money - you can find much better options in the area for such a price. The only good thing about the hotel is helpful staff as well as a decent breakfast. But since neither me nor my partner got much sleep because of the noise and absence of heating I'm not coming back.
