Villa Lala Boutique Hotel Adults Only

What a wonderful place to stay in while in PV. My wife and I stayed at Villa Lala recently and we were both very pleased with the experience. The staff was super helpful and went beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable and make sure we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived we were both excited about this place. The property is beautiful and has much to see, with its gardens hangout spots, not to mention the beautiful ocean view. The food and drinks were great. We enjoyed a couple breakfasts and one diner while on our stay. They also offer use of kayaks, which we choose to use to go the nearby beach. Our room was very comfortable and it had all we could ask for, even though we did not stay in one of the "love nest" we very much enjoyed our stay. I can't state how friendly and helpful the staff here is. We really want to thank Maria and her team members for providing such a great stay for us.

We came here to celebrate our 6th anniversary, and it has truly been the best trip I’ve ever taken with my husband. Villa Lala is luxurious, and all the staff are incredibly kind and genuinely make you feel at home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious complimentary margarita, given a tour of the common areas, and then shown to our room. As soon as we walked in, we could immediately sense peace, cleanliness, and comfort. We just knew it was going to be a wonderful stay. The staff comes in to clean when you’re not in the room — something I personally love — though they’re also happy to clean while you’re there. We usually preferred to step out and explore to give them privacy while they tidied up. Being in Boca de Tomatlán, you have easy access to water taxis, so having a car isn’t necessary — though I would recommend it if you plan to make quick trips to the nearby OXXO or want more flexibility beyond taxi or bus schedules. One of the highlights of our trip was an unforgettable fishing and snorkeling adventure, arranged seamlessly by the villa. While you won’t find beaches within walking distance, there are stunning beaches just a 15-minute drive away — or you can take a water taxi to the beach of your choice. Either way, it’s absolutely worth it. We are definitely coming back.

A MAGICAL spot for a romantic getaway! It's hard to describe this incredible hotel. Most hotels we have stayed at are gorgeous and the rooms are great but you really don't care because you want to spend all of your time outside. At Via Lala, you WANT to stay in the rooms as much as possible! With your own private pool, hot tub, sun deck overlooking the ocean, food brought to you, why go anywhere else? We stayed in the Macaw room which had 6 floors and each floor was ONE ROOM. The outdoor fitness area was unique and had all the equipment needed for a great workout. We did go down for meals and to take out the kayaks to enjoy sight seeing from the shoreline! Each night we dined in private spots on the property -- some underneath giant trees, some overlooking the ocean. We came in February and the weather was PERFECT! The story of this unique property was also intriguing as the architect and designer lives onsite and was charming as a quiet host. If you are looking to relax and take in the beauty of the jungle and ocean, this is the getaway you will remember the rest of your life!
