THE BEST FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL YOU MUST STAY IN SENTOSA SINGAPORE 👍👍 100/100 Once again, my spouse, mother and I had a wonderful staycations at Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality. Our stay was fantastic. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, amenities were great and very well equipped. The service was exceptional. Check-in process was seamless. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. It was their genuine warmth, attentiveness and personal touches that created a welcoming atmosphere have made our each stay felt so special and enjoyable that kept bringing us back many times. At the lobby, from the cheerful guest relations executive Bella Shin to the thoughtful guest relations manager Farez Masril, and everyone who deserves a special mention for their smiles and flawless services that always brighten our stay - they not just remembering names or faces, but making us feel known and welcomed. Seeing familiar staff across different departments of the hotel creates a sense of continuity and care, almost like being among family. Overall it was a great experience and we surely continue choosing Village Hotel Sentosa for our next stay. We had a very good stay thanks to the front desk agent, Mirza. He very kindly upgraded our room to pool view as we were celebrating my husband’s actually birthday. All in all, all the staff were very helpful and cheerful and definitely lived up to the resort vibes. I just feel that the room is a little too small if I have my son with me, but for a couple, it is sweet and cozy.

It was a great experience for me and my family. The room was great, mini fridge, TV, wifi, bathroom, hair dryer, towel, and other amenities are there. It has vending machine in every corner, water tap drink, ice maker, cold water, and it is very clean. So far, the best one that I ever had. The service itself has a bit of room for improvement. The checkin process takes ages, it took me full 15 mins queueing, I think it also the reason why the receptionist never pick our call. The employee is very kind tho, that gives extra point. Lastly location, it was a beatiful place, love the swimming pool and how they provide you towel and bar to drink. Really suitable for children.
