Village Hotel Swansea

I had a fantastic stay at the Village Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful—nothing was too much trouble for them. Their professionalism and warm attitude really made a difference to the overall experience. The rooms were absolutely lovely—clean, modern, and very comfortable. You can tell real care goes into keeping the place looking and feeling fresh. The environment around the hotel was also excellent. It had a really pleasant atmosphere, and there’s so much to do nearby—plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options within easy reach. Whether you’re there to relax or explore, you won’t be short of things to enjoy. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

All staff were very friendly and welcoming. A very clean, comfy, and inviting place, with lovely food, great amenities and in a lovely location. Close to the city centre, marina, and beach, all of which were just a few minutes walk, but in a quiet and pleasant part of the SA1 area. Had good use of the pool, and sauna, but gave the gym a miss. Would definitely recommend whether a stay, a meal or the function rooms look large and ideal for functions

After a long trip to Swansea in a near on race car with a booming exhaust, what a refreshing experience it was to spend the afternoon and weekend in the village hotel, enjoying its lavish facilities, their gym and pool were in amazing. Jordan who was the Leisure operations manager was particularly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure myself and my partner were treated with the utmost respect and dignity, his knowledge was impressive and he recommended some lovely local sites to visit during our time. I was not only impressed by the impeccable standards on display, but I don’t think I once spotted a frowning staff member or an employee who wasn’t willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. Food 10/10 Hygiene 10/10 Service 5 stars Hospitality 10/10 Would highly recommend!
