We loved the warm family feeling if the Hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. However we didnt give 5 stars cause there is some room for improvement. For example free water on the tables when taking full or half pension, more vegetarian options, more towels in the room and extra cushions. But overall a great experience.

I can see there's an effort from the management side to offer high-end features, but execution was terrible. I am talking with respect to expectations from a 4-star hotel. Staff are not trained at all. The management should hire someone who has experience in high-end hotels. We visited the hotel to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The booking was on his name. While checking in, he wrote his birthday in the form. But no one ever wished him Happy Birthday during our complete stay. No staff wished us good morning when we came for breakfast. First night for dinner, no one greeted us and showed us our table. After we got food and sat on a table, then the waiter came and said, "This is not your table." When we asked if cocktail is possible or not, she said no, that we have to get from the bar. But the next evening dinner, the waiter had no problem bringing us drinks from the bar. Then, the day of checkout, the room service comes in without knocking on the door. We were really pissed with that behavior. Doesn't matter what time is it, everyone should knock before coming in. When we asked her to wait, she didn't understand most likely. Don't know what her German level is. She went back and reported that we said we were not checking out today. I will suggest the hotel management to train the staff better, especially if you're aiming for high-end pricing.
