I stayed four nights and it was a good experience , had a few issues , but were resolved by the staff in a prompt and friendly manner , the staff was very professional and attentive , I do recommend it , great location and great value for your money . I had a family event , and it’s a great place for events .
Cozy hotel in a centrally located area. The rooms were very comfortable and they have A/C! (Really important, since Villahermosa was stifling that day). The pool was a nice respite from the heat, but no lifeguard on duty; so parents, watch your kids. The restaurant had some nice food, but the service was a bit lacking. All in all, an ejoyable experience, but another server in the restaurant wouldn't kill them
