What a beautiful hotel in the centre of the city surrounded by nature, close to the parliament and the main sights to visit. The team is excellent, whether it is the team at the reception or in the two different restaurants with their cooks available for your wishes. To add to the diversity, they have an excellent room-cleaning service for a change, also with men. Also, the rooftop gives a view over the city with its woods, and there is also a beautiful swimming pool. We had a great stay, while doing business in Kerala.

We had initially booked a room here for two days and ended up extending our stay for another two days — that’s how much we enjoyed our time here. The service was truly superb. A particularly memorable moment was during the complimentary breakfast on our first day. They had hash browns on the menu, and our younger son, who was 7 years old at the time, really enjoyed them. Noticing this, the chef made sure to include hash browns in the breakfast for the rest of our stay, just for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience feel very personal and special. Moments like these show the kind of care and attention the staff puts into ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.

We booked 2 rooms and we had very pleasant stay. All staffs were very kind. Food was excellent. Pooja from the restaurant was taking good care of the guests needs in the restaurant. Hotel is having own cab facilities which is safe and affordable. Very near to Railway junction.
