Beautiful hotel for any MCM lovers, stunning furnishings and art. The service from every member of staff was incredible, so friendly but professional. And what a great bar, those cocktails!!!!! The rooms are huge and the bed was so comfortable. Water pressure for anyone like me who likes a powerful shower was perfect! The breakfast was superb and again such great service. From check-in to check-out it was an outstanding stay. Tip: If you're staying on a Friday night go to the Beaune food market on Saturday morning, it's fantastic.
Had an amazing stay, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. We were there with a group: there were a few comments: - the space to store clothing is not sufficient - the spa is nice but the door to the hamman was broken and this is not very relaxing - we had dinner in the restaurant each evening. Sometimes the guests felt that the portions were a little too small.
This is a very nice new(ish) hotel. Rooms are large, clean, bright and quiet. The staff and service fantastic. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of a day. The only slight downside is the location. Situated about a 15min walk from Beaune town. We were good with it but wore a bit thin after the third evening going in for dinner. Thanks for a great stay and big thanks all of the awesome staff at Voco.
