The hotel was amazing .. the crew were very nice. Shams was very great person, very welcoming and accepting. She helped me a lot during the stay. I you went there ask for Shams to be at your service and you wont regret it.

The Hotel is new and very good. Great receptions. The pool is great always clean and staff in the pool area always ready to assist. The restaurant is amazing although variety of food are almost the same every day rarely Asian food, at lunch mostly middle eastern foods, but they have great and amazing staff in the restaurant, all nationalities are very approaching, all the Filipino staff is very helpful specially the ladies, ( Lenielyn, Marian, and the others), the Kenyan bar tender Mr. Ali is very friendly and treat you like VIP always, their manager is always roaming when around and ask the guest always how are they. The cook in the barbecue area always making sure that your wait is worth it. They are very hospitable from the entrance supervising to the waiters and servers. Except there is one Lady an Arab, she looks like a supervisor or something, she always have a frowning face, even little kids will say why she not smiling she looks scary. We should welcome people with a smile, it is charity. There is always room for improvement. They also have a very good gym with sauna and steam. Overall it's a very good hotel, worth going back.
