This type of property and quality is uncommon in Sicily. Quality brand new construction, modern design, large rooms, beautiful furniture and tilework, full kitchenette, everything clean, clean, clean, and comfortable! Even on-site laundry and parking (for an extra fee). Vincenzo, his wife and family have created something very special here. Vincenzo is the consummate host. Each of his restaurant suggestions - from high end seafood to local cafe - were excellent in experience, food & beverage quality and value. Vincenzo was also super engaging to hang out and speak with - learning about Mazara del Vallo, his family background, their vision realized for this hotel. I stayed in all range of accommodations during my 4-week holiday. Vincenzo the host, and Volturno3 the property, were among the top highlights of my holiday, making me feel I was as comfortable as in my own home, while feeling more special. I would love to return for an extended visit to use Vincenzo and Volturno3's hospitality and respite as a base from which to explore all of Western Sicily.

A group of us stayed across 3 different suites/apartments for 8 nights in July 2023. The rooms and facilities were extremely clean and well kept, they almost felt brand new. The apartments had everything we needed, comfy beds, modern bathrooms, and great air conditioning. All amenities were very close by with a short walk into the town centre. The added benefit of secure parking on-site was a great peace of mind. Vincenzo was an awesome host and very knowledgeable of the local area and gave us some top recommendations. Very happy we found this place. Top location for exploring the south-west of the island. I would wholeheartedly recommend.
