Voxx Marmaris Beach Hotel Adult Only

Room- great has a swim up pool and also gets cleaned daily by staff who make cute designs with the sheets each time. Service- bar staff are lovely and great to have a joke with. The entertainer Jasmine was brilliant and down to earth and was great with crowds and actually sat down and talked to you. Location- far drive from airport but it’s worth it for the spot you get on the beach there is so many mountains in the distance and it just looks very pretty, 5 min walk from a shop as well.

were do i start with this good point first the hotel is clean the staff are a absolute credit apart from one waiter who likes to try it on with the younger guests Jasmin and ginger and 100% perfect in everyway from taking the time to say hello to making you feel at ease and great for a laugh pool is clean and tidy and also got a spot the bar is ok for cocktails only one brand of beer and even thats from Denmark sadly thats where the good points stop now the bad the tv its described as satellite tv apart from 4 news channels every one it Turkish the wifi is pathetic even if you get a signal ,the secure safe everyone has the same number so any member of staff or guest can get into it ,mini bar lol its a fridge with water, we booked a balcony room what we got was a roof Terrence the private beach can and is used by anyone and is filthy with cig ends all over there is a kettle but no where to plug it in we had to move it everytime we wanted to use it there are no ceramic cups just paper ones toilet door does not have a lock and did not close properly the seat was lose and the flush broken ,the hotels decoration is run down now lets get to the food oh my good its ok for the first 3 or 4 days until you realise its all the same i mean chips and cauliflower for breakfast most of the time its cold ,there is a good selection of cheese and cold meats at breakfast but the flys and wasps crawling on them puts you right off also they have 2 dogs which just crap on the grass and its there for hours the managers young daughter was there so not really adults only pool table is scrap ,the room was unbelievably small and not enough storage so me and my daughter had to live out of our cases also down as a 4 star no way at all 3 tops would say more 2 if it was not for the staff i would have given a 2 star rating one other thing DO NOT USE THE SALES REP FOR EXCURSIONS he charged us £40 each for each excursion when the same trip in marmaris with collection and drop off were £15 ripped us write off mike is his name

Outside area wonderful and idyllic. JASMINE and GINGER were fantastic always made you laugh tried to encourage you to join in on all the entertainment, SERHART was great always happy and complimentary to us , made you feel special , Met lovely people especially Sarah and Richard wonderful couple . Bedroom maids wonderfully nice , kept room spic and span. Bar staff good , but to be honest drinks were limited , in choice . Although they called them cocktails , they were not cocktails that I've had on other holidays. NOW TO THE FOOD!!! Absolutely disgusting , everything was cold , or barely warm. Fruit choice was a apple or orange which were never fresh. Sweet or pudding, well if you like crepes or waffles well your on a winner. All inclusive was rubbish. Update rooms , sack the Chef !!!
